Dora brings over 20 years of experience in education, spanning elementary schools, high schools, community colleges, and universities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Administration, along with certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, and Human Resources.

Her professional background includes cabinet-level leadership in business development and public relations, managing strategic marketing initiatives, and serving on numerous cross-functional committees. She’s also worked closely with entrepreneurs to understand their goals and develop partnerships that are both impactful and mutually beneficial.

Rooted in faith, Dora keeps God at the center of her life. Outside of work, she finds joy at the beach, traveling, music, exploring new cuisines, and lifelong learning. She loves to laugh and unwind at home with her husband and three children.
